Expatriates are an unpaid sales force for American products, processes and modern management thinking. They should be recognized as such, and encouraged through tax breaks like, no income tax, in most other countries. In addition they open up jobs back in the USA and best of all, most of them send nearly all of their money home. At 75 I truly am a dinosaur so this suggestion is not for me. It’s for the betterment of the USA.
